Intentional Decisions is a compelling model for raising awareness of the possibility of choice (a variety of choices), serves as an ethical framework for our choices, and empowers us with the ability to decide (the process of choosing, i.e. pick one).

On January 2018 over 30 co-creators followed the invitation to together create a new consultancy company. The calling question for an Open Space workshop format was: ”How can we design a Consulting firm based on Empathy, Proactivity and Engagement?”
EMPROGAGE is a collectively owned and self-organizing consultancy firm that works for what is Best for the World by intentionally choosing empathy, proactivity and engagement.
Our guiding principles – EMpathy, PROactivity and enGAGEment – form the basis of our business philosophy as well as our name EMPROGAGE. We believe in the power of the human to make a better world through intentional decisions. And together we work for what is Best for the World.
